Our client, a global hedgefund, seeks a detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate possesses experience with payroll, benefits, deferred compensation, HRIS implementation and discretionary bonuses. Being able to manage multiple projects, fostering a positive work environment and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also skills that will make somebody successful in this role. * 8+ years' of experience preferred
* Experience implementing new a new payroll system, highly preferred
* Fnancial services industry experience, required
* Experience partnering with a PEO

The salary range is $160k-$200k.
Compensation commensurate with experience
