Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced HR Specialist Recruiter to join their client's team in Texas. This role involves managing and coordinating recruitment processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about human resources and recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Managing candidate communications and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking activities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
  • Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or human resources role is advantageous.
Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
