Location: Remote EST hours

• Administer DB2/400, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of databases running on the IBM iSeries platform.
• Design and implement database schema, tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query optimization, data retrieval, and indexing.
• Perform regular database backups and restores, as well as disaster recovery testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues, including deadlocks, slow queries, and database corruption.

Required:

• 5+ Years of IBMi Experience
• 5+ years of DBA experience
