Job Summary
The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) will have responsibility for generating sales over the phone in the Electrical C&I, Water Utility, and Irrigation market segments for Oldcastle Infrastructure's Enclosure Solutions business and in support of the overall Oldcastle Infrastructure offering.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily outbound call touch plan (phone, Teams, Zoom) focusing on obtaining verifiable outcomes determined in pre-call plan.
- Develop strategies and executable tactics to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in assigned accounts
- Develop specific action plans to achieve short and long-term goals for existing clients and new prospects
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer profiles, sustainable value creation opportunities, competitor capabilities, and both historical and future demand forecasts
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Engineering community and leverage these relationships to maintain specifications
- Act as a resource to the customer throughout the project lifecycle
- Demonstrate effective presentations
- Work with Regional Sales Manager on strategic proposals and pricing
Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent/ Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team based environment
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Salary - Salary is negotiable based on experience and ranging from $60,000-$65,000
