Volt is immediately hiring for an Instructor II in Wichita, KS

As an Instructor II, you will:

• Develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals, with opportunities to support company personnel and customers.
• This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for equipment, and the professional skills essential for dealership employees.
• Instructors will create, update, and deliver engaging content for students across the dealership network.
• Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours, and in-person classes spread over two days, per week.
• Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from dealerships throughout North America.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using today's technological classroom tools.

• Agricultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology.

• Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts, meet delivery deadlines, and understand a variety of products and systems.

Education Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in an Adult Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness, Communication, Ag Ed, etc.) is ideal.

• A technical degree is also acceptable.

Shift: Monday - Friday - 1st Shift

Position Type: Full time (Contract)

Duration: 12 Months+

Location: Wichita, KS 67213

Work Schedule: Onsite

Pay rate: $34/hr. to $37/hr.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
