Departmental Objective:To support the "Students First" philosophy by providing exemplary service and support to attract, recruit, and enroll a diverse student body of students and to promote the success of CNU students in achieving their goal of obtaining a college education.
Purpose of the Position:Reporting to the Director of Student Record Systems (SRS), this position will manage the successful implementation of the university Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software and other university systems to develop personalization and multi-channel communication options, relationship management strategies to attract, recruit and retain CNU students. The position works with the enrollment services offices, Office of Communications & Public Relations (OCPR), Student Affairs and third-party vendors in the areas of enrollment services leveraging university automated systems and processes to provide services to degree seeking students.
