SUMMARY
A Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's learning management system.This position is 100% REMOTE.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with systems design, development and implementation skills. Experience with Federal Contracts, Medicare or other large health-related government contracts preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Implementing and configuring the LMS to meet the organization's training needs
Creates and manages user accounts and permissions within the LMS. Provides technical support and training to users of the LMS.
Uploads and organizes training content, such as courses, modules, and resources.
Collaborates with subject matter experts, team members and supervision to develop and update training materials and to integrate the LMS with other systems or processes.
Monitors and troubleshoots technical issues related to the LMS.
Conducts regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity. Analyzes user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement.
Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in LMS administration.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
