Litigation Legal Assistant Opportunity

AMG is working with a national AM law firm looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their San Diego team. Candidates should have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience and be skilled in:

• Organizational and calendaring expertise
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail
• Legal terminology and e-filing proficiency (California State and Federal Courts)
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe skills (FileSite/iManage experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, proofread, and finalize pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Handle e-filing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines
• Maintain case files and manage administrative tasks
• Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and court staff
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements
