A small law firm in Cranberry township is seeking a motivated and organized Legal Receptionist to join their team. The role requires diligent attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle tasks independently. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in document management and client relations as well as a firm understanding of legal terminology. The prospective candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the attorneys and ensuring the office operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and manage legal documents with precision.
• Maintain a strong understanding of electronic filing procedures.
• Draft basic pleadings, letters, and other documents for attorney review.
• Professionally answer and screen phone calls.
• Diligently manage the firm's calendar and scheduling.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal ethics and confidentiality.
• Create, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic client case files.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and staff.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience at a law firm
• Understanding of legal terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
