Hadley Family Medicine

Hadley Family Medicine began with family - brothers Peter and Robert Weitzman (both physicians) along with medical school classmate Allan Baustin, MD, founded the practice nearly 30 years ago. While the practice now has access to the resources of the larger Medical Group, the family environment is felt just as strongly today. Located at 234 Russell Street, Suite 7, in Hadley, MA, our Family Medicine practice offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, newborn through adult. We are certified as a Level 2 patient-centered medical home.

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour LPN to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00am- 4:30pm or 9:00am- 5:30pm. We are flexible on the shift options!

This LPN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required
• Current Massachusetts licensure as an LPN required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• One (1) to three (3) years' experience as an LPN; physician office experience preferred
