Position Summary
Operate rotational molding machinery, ancillary equipment, and tools in the fabrication of molded polyethylene components for industrial equipment applications.

Primary Responsibilities
- Operate rotational molding machinery and ancillary equipment.
- Operate mixer to make batches of polyethylene powder, pigment, and additives.
- Pull plastic components from molds manually or with hand tools and fixtures.
- Trim plastic flash around parting lines using knives and hand tools.
- Fabricate plastic components using power tools, trim fixtures, and gauges.
- Inspect plastic housings to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and clean-up.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Perform all essential duties in an efficient, safe, and quality conscious manner according to specifications, procedures, schedules and safety standards.
- Assist in overseeing work center activities including production activity control, troubleshooting machine cycles, training, record keeping, quality control, inventory control, and liaison with other departments.

- Knowledge of basic math skills.

- Ability to train others.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing and power tool experience preferred.
- Plastics manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
Between $18.00/hr. - $18.00/hr.
