Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in North Carolina! The individual will provide leadership and supervision to the maintenance mechanics. They will also be responsible to set up and oversee a preventative/predictive maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance mechanics
• Create preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Schedule, train, and mentor maintenance mechanics to produce at maximum efficiency
• Oversee the direct planning and execution of daily activity; ensure staffing, direction, and discipline
• Direct and manage the operation to improve performance
• Direct employees in safety procedures and avoid accidents
• Facilitate and implementation of projects
• Set-up and oversee maintenance programs
• Maintain vendor performance records for evaluation and review
• Track, report, and post efficiency and reliability of each machine

Requirements:

• 5-10 years experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Ability to follow through and achieve results
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
