Description:
The Judge Group is actively partnered with a leading food manufacturer with a firm hold on the market in the products they specialize in.

Position : Manufacturing Systems Engineer - Quality (FSQA Continuous Improvement/Regulatory Compliance)

Location : Ashland, Ohio

Industry : Food/Beverage Manufacturing

Salary : $80,000-100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct and oversee product and process evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on technical matters.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Liaise with various departments on quality-related matters.
• Champion and promote safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., engineering, food science).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality control principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
