Description/Responsibilities
Dodge Industrial is seeking Manufacturing Technicians to join our Belton, SC manufacturing facility. Our Manufacturing Technicians will be responsible for operating machining equipment to produce quality parts according to required specifications. They will work with little to no supervision as they interpret blueprints, use handheld tools and measuring equipment as required. At all times, they will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures. We are currently looking for successful candidates to join us on our night shift as described below:
Must be willing to work overtime as needed which would be a Friday or Saturday night.
Education
HS Diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience/Skills
Must be able to work Monday-Wednesday, 10pm to 8am and Thursday from 8pm to 6am.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Previous CNC machining experience or technical certificate required on 3, 4, and 5 axis equipment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to download machine programs is a must.
Able to lift 40 lbs. and use jib crane to lift material over 40 lbs.
Ability to use numerous gages to measure parts accurately to insure that are within print specs.
Basic math skills (including knowledge of positive/negative numbers and decimals) is required.
Experience with metric conversions preferred.
Able to participate and contribute to a team environment.
Willing to learn multiple processes.

Salary: $21.42 to $26.79 based on experience
Night Shift premium: 5% of hourly rate
