Job Description:
You will be integral to marketing initiatives, and will take an active role in executing various marketing related tasks. Your responsibilities will include optimizing email and text campaigns, coordinating on-site events, and ensuring marketing strategies align with current industry trends and promotional offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative briefs and present to the creative team
• Liaise between all relevant parties to ensure projects are developed, revised, presented, and revised again
• Ensure that client viewpoints are represented in all aspects of work and that our agency's creative vision is able to realize new and engaging campaigns

Email and Text Re-Engagement Initiatives:

• Develop and execute targeted email and text campaigns to re-engage past clients, highlighting personalized offers, promotions, and updates tailored to their preferences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize messaging, improve open and click-through rates, and refine strategies for maximizing client re-engagement and retention.

Event Coordination & B2B Engagement:

• Execute on new store opening marketing playbook and continuously improve processes
• Ensure all marketing departments are aligned on new store opening marketing initiatives and manage tasks through to completion
• Explore and secure in-kind partnerships for event support and develop creative giveaway ideas to keep clients engaged
• Attend events to oversee execution, ensure smooth operations, and engage with attendees.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events for promotional use and content creation.
• Facilitate B2B communication to coordinate and execute pop-up events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.
• Identify and establish connections with relevant markets and potential partners for pop-up events and collaborations

Social Media, Content Creation & Management:

• Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant content that fosters community engagement.
• Regularly create and curate engaging content for various platforms including social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
• Develop digital designs for flyers, business cards, A-frames, and other marketing collateral as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement improvements in marketing strategies and practice operations to boost brand awareness and streamline processes.
• Propose and execute new ideas to attract new clients and enhance overall marketing efficiency.
• Conduct website audits/updates to ensure site functionality and a seamless user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Yext), HTML, and CSS.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, social media, and SEO.
• Creative & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for Learning: A strong interest in digital marketing and staying up-to-date with new trends and technologies.
