Bobcat is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our growing activation team. In this role you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager of Paid Search to optimize the paid search programs to meet or exceed goals. In this position, you have accountability for results of paid search and will manage advanced budgets, planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. Partnering with the Marketing Manager, educate marketing and sales teams of the Paid Search mission, best practices and testing opportunities
Role & Responsibility
- Execution of the Paid Search strategy
- Create and launch new PPC campaigns and/or channels as needed
- Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot campaigns to optimize performance and meet or exceed goals
- Create custom reporting for analyzing performance data to provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans
- Communicate with marketing planners on all elements of performance of media initiatives
- Effectively manage & grow internal relationships and establish trust and credibility
- Actively identify new test and learn opportunities within Paid Search to build on expertise and unlock new capabilities
- Platform best practice, optimization and execution with support of your manager and the Activation team
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
- 1-5+ years of experience executing enterprise-level paid search experience
- Digital agency experience or digital specialist role on the client-side
- Great communication skills
- Proven experience in the following:
- Performance based, direct response marketing programs
- Execution with ad serving and technology tools (Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Kenshoo, etc.)
- External partner management
- Demonstrated analytical skills, critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Highly motivated and a proactive problem solver
The starting salary range for this position is $67,815 - $82,885, depending on experience and other factors.
