Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front or Back Office Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Medical Billers and Referral Coordinators that have experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Pediatrics or Oncology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
This position is temp to hire and is paying $19.00 -$22.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have 6 months+ of experience in the medical field. Bi-lingual is a plus!

-Documents receipt assists with ensures completion of disability and other miscellaneous forms/ letters in a timely manner.
-Daily review and processing of voicemails, reminders, and emails.
Additional skills and qualifications:
-Medical Assistant Certificate from an accredited education institution
-Current CPR certification required
-Strong customer service experience
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Strong computer and office skills required
