Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Merchant to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and volume expectations of a book of business through comprehensive category management and application of financial acumen.

As a Merchant, you will be the subject matter expert in areas including, but not limited to, assortment content, SKU management, testing initiatives, competitive intelligence, and customer intimacy. You will be responsible for fostering a team-oriented environment that is customer-focused, innovative, and fast-paced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in delivering the volume and growth expectations of a book of business
- Manage categories comprehensively, understanding and applying financial acumen
- Act as the subject matter expert in assortment content, SKU management, testing initiatives, competitive intelligence, and customer intimacy
- Drive cross-functional communication and motivate the team to be customer-focused, innovative, fast, and team-oriented

Required Professional Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail, fashion, or eCommerce sectors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
