Job Title: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Lakewood, CO
As an IT Systems Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our server-based systems, ensuring seamless operations across our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day system activities, including backups, monitoring, and system checks.
- Provide operational support and incident resolution for server-based systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures according to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize server-based systems.
- Monitor and enhance performance and reliability of both on-premise and cloud-based systems.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Systems Administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory, and related enterprise applications.
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Office 365).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMWare, Horizon, VDI).
- Knowledge of email messaging systems (Microsoft Exchange, Office 365) and scripting languages (VB Script, PowerShell).
- Understanding of enterprise storage arrays (SAN and/or NAS).
Additional Details:
- Travel: Occasional travel to global site locations may be required.
- Work Hours: Flexibility for non-standard hours, including after-hours maintenance.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently or as part of a team to resolve complex issues.
