Ultimate Staffing is seeking a talented Office Assistant for our client located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of a fast-paced office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure office supplies and materials are always stocked.
  • Handle ordering processes, including vendor communication, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Assist with coordinating office activities, ensuring a productive and efficient environment.
  • Perform data entry, update records, and maintain accuracy across various platforms.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with inventory management and ordering.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Details
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
