Pieper Electric is hiring a Field Operations Manager to manage construction projects. The Field Operations Manager will manage safety, general contractor, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, profits, and sales growth of one or more customers or projects. Continually prospect for new customers and expand services into new regions within his/her area of responsibility. Conduct business in accordance with PPC and Pieper Electric's mission and vision statements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all Superintendents are executing as required by their job description.
- Ensure all Superintendents have the resources necessary to fulfill the requirements of their job description. Resources include but are not limited to tools, equipment, manpower, and training.
- Report to the Branch Manager and work closely with the Project Management team to ensure a seamless link between field operations and project management.
- Be accountable for overall productivity and forecasting all resource needs to the extent necessary for the project manager to forecast revenue, cost, and man hours, monthly.
