Responsibilities

• Successfully implement manufacturing processes and maintain high-quality standards.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to identify standard methodologies and solutions.
• Document and report any deviations or issues in the manufacturing process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to strictly follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
