RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking an Originations Domain Architect.Responsibilities:- Provide significant input into technology strategy and roadmap; keep up to date on key technology trends and their applied use by in financial services with emphasis on loan and customer originations solutions and interact with various business partners (both internal and external) to assist in the design and implementation of business applications leveraging architectural standards
- Advise teams of application and solution architects focused on delivery of originations applications and act as a mentor providing guidance to all team members on technical and architectural issues
- Participate in the development and maintenance of architectural standards company wide, including patterns, reference architectures, and best practices and ensure adherence to architectural governance routines
- Perform other duties as assigned and conform with all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's or bachelor's degree and two additional years of related experience required
- 14+ years of experience in related function(s) required
- 7-10 years of experience leading through mentorship in related field required
- 7-10 years of experience driving thought leadership and innovation across products required
- Advanced knowledge writing system and user specifications/documentation
- Advanced knowledge of software design and modeling, and associated tools
- Advanced knowledge of current application design patterns (e.g., micro-services, API, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of designing applications for global markets
- Possess strong knowledge of IT operations and support organizations and experience with UML Design Tools and advanced technical writing
- Corporate management experience with increasing architectural responsibility in large enterprises
- Experience architecting solutions in multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments
- Experience architecting account servicing solutions
- Experience working in a highly regulated business domain such as financial services or health care preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
