Baer is looking for a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for a 5+ month remote project.

Title: PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 5 months
Rate: All-inclusive

Description:

• Act as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management modules, providing functional expertise to optimize inventory and cost management processes.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and assess existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductions within PeopleSoft environments.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management issues, including integration with third-party applications and databases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (technical teams, business analysts, and end-users) to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of system functionalities, and create detailed user documentation to support knowledge transfer and ongoing user support.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the alignment of PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management solutions with broader business systems.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within PeopleSoft systems related to inventory management and cost accounting processes.
• Lead or contribute to PeopleSoft upgrades, new implementations, and system enhancements related to Inventory and Cost Management.
• Stay current on PeopleSoft updates and new features, providing recommendations on potential system improvements and their impact on business operations.
• Provide expertise and support for PeopleSoft Inventory and Cost Management functionalities in healthcare settings (preferred but not required).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with a focus on Inventory and Cost Management.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain modules, including integration with third-party applications.
• Ability to understand and address technical challenges in production databases related to PeopleSoft and third-party applications.
• Experience or understanding of PeopleSoft systems within a healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in conducting training sessions for end-users and creating comprehensive documentation for system processes and functionality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of PeopleSoft solutions.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
