RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's manufacturing client in the Holton, KS area is looking for a Plant Controller.Summary:This position will play a key role within the Plant leadership team, which is committed to member development, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. A successful candidate will be poised to act as the copilot to the Plant Director, leveraging their financial and analytical expertise and leadership skills in setting strategic direction, identifying financial opportunities, and leading key improvement initiatives.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Six or more (6+) years of accounting and finance experience required, including management experience
- Strong working knowledge of manufacturing operations and product costing
- Proactive self-starter with excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Working Conditions: In Office
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
