Volt is immediately hiring for Plant Maintenance and Facilities Manager in Lebanon, IN.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

As a Plant Maintenance and Facilities Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for maintenance of all equipment and systems required for plant operations and support functions and oversee all maintenance of the production facility. This position will maintain the safety, quality and legality of the product produced in all Maintenance and Facilities processes and procedures.
  • Plan, implement and upkeep the maintenance program for all utilities and facilities, including production equipment, gas, chillers, air compressors, hydraulics, lighting, emergency generators, electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, water distribution, wastewater treatment, fire protection, thermal fluid heaters and cooling towers.
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget for the department.
  • Manage contract maintenance and in-house maintenance employees.
  • Work closely with third-party cold storage partner to optimize proper system maintenance and controls.
  • Ensure energy, water, and other energy inputs are efficiently used and provide leadership to reduce consumption and identify energy conservation opportunities while maintaining plant productivity.
  • Collaborate with utility providers to ensure timely communication of rate increases, planned and unplanned utility outages, and load shedding arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 10 years Plant Management and Facilities experience.
  • Able to work irregular hours/days as needed.
  • Extensive knowledge of PLCs and controls troubleshooting
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent leadership skills.
  • Work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
