This position is part of the Global Commercial Strategic Pricing and Contracts team located in Coralville, Iowa and will be on-site at one of our IDT offices. At IDT, we are one global team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Coordinate the creation and amendment of commercial agreements requested by sales and customers such as: supply agreements, contract manufacturing agreements, quality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, RFP/RFQs, etc.,

• Enter and maintain product pricing and discounts in IDT internal systems and use this information in the creation of new commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with governance for supporting ERP systems

• Work with a dynamic team of cross-functional stakeholders including sales, service, finance, legal, regulatory affairs, etc.

The selected candidate will possess:

• Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in basic math and typing

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, life science, or other relevant field; alternatively, an Associate's degree with 2 years IDT experience may be considered

This position will be located onsite at IDT offices in Coralville, Iowa. Location at other IDT offices in Boulder, CO, Raliegh, NC, or San Diego, CA may be considered.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer-facing role

• Minimum 2 years' experience working with commercial agreements and/or pricing systems

• Experience working in Salesforce

• Experience working in Contract Pod AI

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
