RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Marlborough, MA that is seeking to hire a Principal Financial Analyst, Global IT. This position is 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Summary:This client is a Fortune 500 company in the medical device industry and are passionate about their work and the healthcare of patients. They are known for mentoring their staff and offering opportunities for internal growth and development. This company offers excellent benefits including 401K with matching, PTO, healthcare, flexible spending, and stock purchase plan.Responsibilities:- Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to support the financial planning and decision-making processes related to the company's global IT initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT Leadership, finance teams and business units
- Facilitate communication between finance and IT departments to ensure transparency and understanding of financial matters
- Assist in the development of business cases for new IT Projects and initiatives
- Strong foundation in GAAP and financial analytics
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 7+ years of financial analysis experience
- GAAP and financial analytics knowledge are required
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication and business collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships across organizational levels
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, highly matrixed, global organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
