Job Description:

As a hybrid-remote Product Manager at CoreLogic Mortgage Solutions, you will be responsible for the roadmap and execution the vision of scaling the business process by improving the Documents and Operations/HITL (Human-in-the-loop) task Automation for the Analysis suite of Originations Products offered by CoreLogic.

The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working with multiple matrix teams, including external vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision of scalability and growth.
  • Define and prioritize features for AI/ML-driven products based on market needs and business goals. Sequences the Backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint. Assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
  • Represent the user, interfaces, and engages the users, both internal and external (as required).
  • Collaborate with the Development Team on new Feature development, requests including building and maintaining a Product backlog, contributing to/reviewing/approving user stories, sprint support, and UAT testing.
  • Lead and participates in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Inspect the product progress at the end of every Sprint and has complete authority to accept or reject work done. If necessary, assess and change the course of the project at the end of every Sprint as needed.
  • Primary point person for Senior Leadership for updates and feedback.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather input and feedback.
  • Maintains relationships with the business and the client to understand the current and changing needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their needs are incorporated into the product roadmap.
  • Actively involved in change management activities.

Data Analytics, OCR, AI/ML, and Technology Proficiency:
  • Utilize data analytics and statistical knowledge to guide product decisions and improvements.
  • Solid understanding of Business Rules, Fuzzy Logic etc., and ability to research and document business requirements for improving/optimizing current applications.
  • Possess understanding of OCR (Optical Character Recognition), IDR (Intelligent Document Recognition) technologies such as Google Vision, ABBYY, Tesseract etc., and AI/ML space, including Gen AI, Azure AI, Python, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in the AI/ML field and assess their potential impact on the product.
  • Knowledge and experience with Confluence, JIRA, & DevOps

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/industry experience; master's degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with the mortgage origination and fulfillment process
  • Experience in high-tech business, product and/or program management.
  • Experience with the full lifecycle of product management.
  • Strong technical background and project/program management skills
  • Experience with document recognition (OCR), analytics, and machine learning/AI
  • Demonstrated success setting strategy and executing in a matrixed organization required.
  • Ability to conduct and lead project meetings and track progress against stated strategies and timetables.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide industry thought leadership.
  • Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audiences.
  • 8 years of mortgage, financial services, or product management experience
  • Experience dealing with documents used in loan qualification such as Paystubs, W2's., US Tax Returns, Bank Statements etc., is highly desired.
  • Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of loan origination solutions
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent at understanding the problem before solving.

Annual Pay Range:
110,500 - 130,000 USD
