Job Description

What You'll Do<\b>
As a Print & Forms Design Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed materials, forms, and custom mailers. Utilizing Quadient software, this role streamlines production while ensuring high-quality output for internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for design and expertise in developing visually appealing and functional materials. You'll also be responsible for:

• Design print materials, including brochures, mailers, business forms, and marketing materials
• Print production and quality control
• Mail integration and postage responsibilities
• Project management and project coordination

Qualifications

What It Takes<\b>
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred (or associate degree with relevant experience)
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, print production, or form development
• Experience with CCM systems (e.g., Quadient, Tango) for print and mailing operations
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Excellent project management and communication skills
