SUMMARY: The Admissions Advisor is responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective families to generate interest in our Private School programs, managing inbound inquiries on same, and guiding them through the admissions process. This role involves providing detailed information about our schools, helping to determine the right-fit programs through a consultative approach, and creating positive first impressions with customers.

- Very motivated sales consultant to meet sales and enrollment goals with good presentation and closing skills
- Conduct outbound calls, respond to incoming calls and chats, and send emails to prospective students and parents to provide information about academic programs, admissions requirements, school experience, and financial obligations
- Assist prospective customers with the enrollment/application process, including guiding them through the completion of forms and submission of required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM system and others, as appropriate.
- Maintain a family-focused mind-set to creatively address family concerns with integrity and share feedback to maintain family retention.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies for improving application-to-enrollment conversion rate.
- Participate in or lead school admissions events, such as virtual information sessions, webinars, etc.
- Participate in training with school teams to develop expertise in all aspects of school offering.
- Other related projects or work as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 2-4 Years of customer services, Admissions, or Sales Experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent listening skills and a consultative approach to sales and service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with both internal and external customers in a professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Dedicated customer focused
- Physical requirements: sedentary work, fluent typing (40 WPM average), listening, proficient written communication, extensive reading, repetitive motions, and extended computer usage.
- Must be self-motivated, task oriented, have a positive attitude and enjoy teamwork.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); CRM Software and Web proficiency.
- Ability to clear required background check

This is an office-based position in Reston, VA. The noise level in the office is usually moderate (computers, printers, light foot traffic). COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the pay rate to be $13.06- $25.97 per hour. This pay is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
