PROJECT MANAGERS (II - IV)
The Select Group is seeking Project Managers to join our clients team in Stamford, CT working onsite to support varying projects across the enterprise. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and eager to jump in and learn new processes and technologies. These candidates will also need to communication effectively and be able to present to stakeholders and leadership.

Must Have Skills:

• 3-7 years of experience within a project manager role.
• Self-motivated and active learner
• Data analysis knowledge - be able to analyze trends and explain what is there, perform maintenance and accuracy of this information.
• Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• MS Project, Visio/Lucid, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• Experience maintaining and ensuring accuracy of data in systems.

Nice to Have:

• Telecom/Cable Industry Background
• PMP Certification
• Data ingestion/data aggregation experience would be helpful
  • Will be working across multiple programs and having to track data for all of them

Day to day responsibilities:

• Working Sessions, Status Update Meetings, Offline work time, data analysis and report building.
• Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
• Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.
• Develops project plan and drives project milestones.
• Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.
• Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.
• Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
• Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.
