Process Analytical Scientist - GMP
Employee Responsibilities:

  • Perform protein analytics testing, including;
    • cSDS (Capillary Electrophoresis)
    • cIEF (Capillary Isoelectric Focusing)
    • HPLC
    • Spectrophotometry
  • Document sample results in electronic notebooks
  • Peer review analytical data
  • Troubleshoot method and instrumentation issues
  • Initiate and perform investigations
  • Communciate effectively
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
  • Familiarity with GMP & GDP requirements
  • Experience with Empower software is strongly desired
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Experience with residual protein bioassays
  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
  • Strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent life sciences degree), or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in realted major)
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • At least three years of relevant experience
