The Process Leader (Gluing Department - third shift) position leads team members and oversees the process in a specific area to help make our safety quality and productivity stronger. Focus is on problem solving, auditing & improving standard work, responding to andon calls, coaching and training team members in a continuous improvement environment. Leads and supports Columbia's core values of service, integrity, sharing the success and treating others with respect and like family.
