Product Acceptance Specialist B

Contract Position
$26.42-$31.42/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft inspections and product reviews to ensure compliance with design and process requirements.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and document results.
- Identify and document discrepancies, initiate corrective actions, and manage non-conforming items.
- Conduct audits, monitor processes, and maintain records of inspection results.
- Support problem resolution during product operation and testing.
- Plan and manage work schedules, including overtime and shift turnovers.
- Obtain and maintain required certifications, including fall protection and flight line badges.
- Utilize precision inspection tools for measurement and verification.
- Oversee paint inspection and rework of composite and metal structures.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Skills:
- Ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Velocity and production applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of working at heights with fall protection equipment.
- Proficiency in generating Non-Conformance Records (NCR) and handling related documentation.
