Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Training Lead to join our growing Customer Engagement team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering our internal teams to become product experts across our innovative SaaS products.

Job Responsibilities:

Our Product Training Lead will be a key player in improving our training and documentation processes, systems, and tools. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and advise project teams and peers for the advancement of strategic goals, projects, and initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced experience, knowledge and abilities to support prioritization of strategic goals; adapt to unexpected events; and support cohesion of project teams. 
  • Facilitate live training sessions (e.g., webinars, workshops) to educate and onboard new users.
  • Utilize various training tools and platforms to create engaging and interactive training experiences.
  • Analyze training data and user feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials (e.g., webinars, tutorials, interactive guides) for diverse audiences with varying technical skills.
  • Tailor training content to address specific user needs and learning styles.
  • Partner with product and support teams to stay updated on new features and enhancements and incorporate them into training materials.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers and Documentation Specialists to improve customer-facing product documentation and educational experiences.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our SaaS products (e.g., user manuals, knowledge base articles, FAQs).
  • Contribute and lead in improving the overall user experience of our SaaS products.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in eLearning.
  • Assist and lead with other learning and development initiatives as needed.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience with the following or similar tools: Highspot, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, and Gitbook SharePoint
  • Experience with screen and video capture tools such as Gong, Snagit, Loom, and Camtasia
  • Deep knowledge of e-learning tools and platforms
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and user-friendliness

Domicile Information:

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communication, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 5- 7 years of experience developing and delivering training materials for software or technology products. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:  

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: US National Range is $8,020-$12,030 per month.
