RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Fremont, CA.Summary:The Program Manager is the single point of contact for Change Orders that effect their given Product. They manage and oversee the entire processing of the Change Order (CO) from submittal through implementation; problem solve cross-functional issues affecting the timely processing and execution. Work closely with groups from Global Product Group, Global Operations, Customer Support Business Group, etc. as related to Change Control and must possess the ability to effectively operate cross-functionally at various levels of the organization.Team they will support:
  • Split team, remaining 5 people are in Tualatin and an additional 7 people in India
  • Two functions ECPM function and customer change function
  • Communication is over teams, staff meetings are onsite


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience in program management, Customer Change Control, or supply chain within the Semi-Conductor or electronic sector
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Expert understanding of an integrated enterprise system database environment (i.e., PLM), specifically pertaining to Material Master, Bill of Materials, and Engineering Change Record
  • In-depth knowledge, understanding, and application of Doc Control/Change Control processes/systems
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of product structures, configurable vs non-configurable
  • In-depth knowledge, understanding, and application of interchangeability policy (i.e., Form, Fit, Function) relative to Change Control practices
  • Customer Control/Change order knowledge and semiconductor knowledge: Change order or ECO could be on the resume these could be alternate skills; Not looking for Analysis work, looking for the Program and execution of changes
  • Looking for someone that has industry standard systems like SAP and Enovia
  • Person can come from a business background or engineering background, they do not have to have been former engineers
  • Industry: automotive (electrical vehicles), semiconductor, capital equipment, aerospace, electrical could have a lot of different industry crossovers so keeping it open
  • Process knowledge in PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience using SAP data, Access and Excel, SQL a plus
  • PMP, MPM, or CPIM certification is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma is plus


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
