As a Project Manager, you will be:
- The Senior Epic Implementation Project Manager Manages timelines and project risks/issues by effectively communicating to leadership. Functions as the liaison between Innova Solutions and the customer to ensure efficient workflow design, system build for customization, and optimization of entire Epic and Non-Epic applications migration to Azure.
- Aides in the development of project assessments and adheres to project management standards. Projects include the migrating the entire client Epic onsite instance all modules to Azure cloud.
- Following EPIC modules implementation experience as a Project Manager for large Healthcare Systems is a MUST.
- Three (3) plus years of experience managing Epic system implementations, preferably as an Epic Project Manager in more than 3 different modules.
- Provides project management expertise for entire project life cycle. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating the following functions: system requirements definition, process and/or workflow redesign, business case development, Request for Proposal development, vendor evaluation and selection, and contract negotiation and development. Ensures contract compliance, risk analysis, project scope, implementation management, and support transition.
- Responsible for working with our operational partners in developing and planning the project timeline including all project phases-requirements: workflow, Q/A and testing, end-user training, go-live readiness and support.
- Projecting resource requirements, ensuring appropriate assignment of resources to each project/support phase, adding and deleting resources as necessary, and has overall responsibility for completion of the project. Leads and manages the project within established time and budget parameters.
- Provides informative and timely status reports using department reporting procedures for both internal IS and external operational customers.
- Responds thoroughly and promptly to customer needs as defined in conjunction with customers. Assumes ownership of customer relationships and follows issues through to closure.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*:125,000$ - 147,000$ Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
