RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Project Manager.Responsibilities:- The Project Manager will plan, develop, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and key milestones
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure stakeholders are kept updated on timelines and issues
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively
- Facilitate team meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items to drive project completion
- The Project Manager will develop clear and concise project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and communication plans
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals
- Assist in resource allocation and prioritize tasks to ensure projects remain on track
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in project management or coordinating projects
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically in fast-paced environments
- Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master) is a plus
- Experience working in (specific industry, e.g., IT, construction, healthcare, etc.)
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
- Understanding of project budgeting and resource management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
