Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Independently manage small projects and support large, cross-divisional initiatives.
• Thrive under pressure, effectively handling multiple deadlines.
• Monitor and report on key project metrics, including expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality measures.
• Identify and promptly communicate project or scheduling issues to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to communicate effectively both in-person and online.
• Excellent writing, documentation, presentation, and speaking abilities.
• Exceptional coordination, organization, and logistical skills.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and terminology.
• High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Capability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Familiarity with MS Project and Visio.

Salary Information

$25.70 - $32.00 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
