Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Property Manager to support the overall operations of a 70-unit project based section 8/HUD property in Paterson, New Jersey.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Property Manager role, candidates will possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience in affordable housing property management
  
• Section 8 experience required
  
• Yardi experience a plus
