Location: Vernon Hills, IL
Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly
Description: The Judge Group is in search of a 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Lead for an exciting, rapidly expanding Food Manufacturer in Chicago's northern suburbs. You'll have an opportunity to grow with a company that has doubled it's sales over just the past few years and continues to invest in major growth and expansion across the US.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee overnight third-party sanitation activities to advise on expectations and performance
• Manage Pre-Op process ahead of first shift production
• CCP Validations for food cooking equipment
• Release CCP and handle Documentation Review

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years' of food safety or quality experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, USDA regulations, and Food Microbiology
• Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations and requirements
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• HACCP certification preferred
• SQF training preferred
