Job Description:
GDH Consulting is hiring for a highly skilled and motivated R/S Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead customer delivery engagements, provide escalation support for large-scale solutions, and tackle complex issues through profound technical expertise. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in mentoring others, developing intellectual capital, and collaborating across functions to highlight the value of our services and solutions. This position is geared towards individuals passionate about technology transitions and solution architectures, aiming to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer delivery engagements, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction.
  • Provide escalation support for complex issues and large-scale solutions, leveraging deep technical expertise.
  • Drive the creation and sharing of intellectual capital, documentation, and knowledge transfer across the team.
  • Act as a thought leader, influencing product improvements and mentoring team members for professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value of our solutions and services effectively.
  • Design and execute customer simulations to resolve complex problems and compatibility issues.
  • Translate business requirements into innovative solution designs, aligning with customer goals and expectations.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading technical delivery engagements and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong foundation in network engineering and solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and disseminate technical collateral and intellectual capital.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively across functions.
  • Deep understanding of product and solution development, with the ability to influence improvements.
  • Experience in designing and executing simulations to address technical problems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical, innovative technical solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, both for self and others.
