Sales Manager

What you can expect:

• Pay based on experience

What you will do:

• Collaborate with other lines of business to provide our customers with best solution for their needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales representatives in your area.
• Analyze and review sales of all products (HMA, Aggregates, Sand and Gravel, etc.)
• Be active in Community Relations, Trade Associations and Government Affairs.
• Review and approve pricing changes for products at multiple locations.
• Travel throughout your territory visiting customers and supporting the sales team.
