Baer is looking for SAP Basis Administratorfor a 12-month Federal remote project.

Title: SAP Basis Administrator
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Manage and maintain SAP systems (e.g., SAP HANA, ECC) in a PCE private cloud environment.
• Ensure system security, including user administration, access controls, and compliance with federal security standards.
• Implement cloud security best practices to protect sensitive data.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and backups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud infrastructure is optimized and secure.

Requirements:

• Experience as an SAP Basis Administrator, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices and SAP system administration.
• Familiarity with federal security requirements (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
• Experience with SAP on private cloud platforms is a plus.
