Baer is looking for SAP S4 EC Time Lead for a 6+ month project located in Scottsdale, AZ or NJ.

Title: SAP S4 EC Time Lead
Location: Hybrid - Scottsdale, AZ or NJ
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2

Description:

• Independently lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and design Employee Central Time Tracking and HR Core solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Manage client relationships, deliver presentation materials, and provide clear documentation for design, build, and testing.
• Track progress and updates in Jira, lead testing, go-live, and provide hypercare support.
• Review and improve customer configuration designs, ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Participate in business process workshops and ensure quality HXM process models.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central.
• Ability to lead implementations, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage project deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Jira for project tracking.
