Baer is looking for SAP Trainer Developers for a 6+ month remote project.

Title: SAP Trainer Developers
Location: Remote - travel at end to train the trainer
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: C2C

Description:

• Create comprehensive curriculum and training materials, including individual course content, focused on SAP S/4 HANA modules such as Finance, EWM, SCM, and IBP.
• Develop simulations using Enable Now or Rise to provide hands-on, interactive learning experiences.
• Design PowerPoint slides and other visual aids to enhance training sessions.
• Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to equip internal trainers with the necessary knowledge and tools to deliver the training.
• Provide training content for the entire scope of the SAP implementation, including Finance, Supply Chain, EWM, IBP, etc.
• Assist with preparing training materials for use with DataXstream, the system being integrated into the SAP transformation.
• Support the delivery of training for SAP users, as needed, by presenting key modules and concepts.
• Ensure all trainers and trainees understand the functionality and processes within the new SAP environment.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP implementation team, change management team, and Daiken stakeholders.
• Report progress and any issues related to training material development and delivery to project leads

Requirements:

• Mid-to-senior level experience in developing training materials for SAP modules such as Finance, SCM, EWM, IBP.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA training, including developing materials, simulations, and delivering training sessions.
• Experience with Enable Now or Rise for creating training simulations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP DataExtreme is a plus.
• Strong ability to develop and articulate course material across multiple SAP modules.
• Excellent presentation skills; ability to present training materials to groups and effectively conduct "train the trainer" sessions.
• Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for training purposes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, trainers, and learners.
