Job Description:
We're looking for a highly motivated Functional Analyst to join our team! In this role, you'll wear many hats and play a key role in supporting our diverse business teams with best-in-class SAP WorkForce software solutions, specifically focusing on the Time and Leave modules. You'll be involved in various projects, from small-scale to large-scale implementations.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Time and Leave modules of SAP WorkForce Software.
• Customize and configure the Time and Leave modules to meet specific organizational needs, including the design and implementation of time and leave policies, accruals, carryovers, and other rules.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Time and Leave modules function accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules, providing timely support to end-users.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to time and leave processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP WorkForce Software and other HR systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Time and Leave modules of SAP WorkForce Software.
• Participate in system upgrades, ensuring that customizations and configurations are preserved.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, and actively participate in initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in SAP WorkForce Software and related technologies.
• Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.
• On-call availability 24/7.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' of experience in customizing and configuring the Time and Leave modules of SAP WorkForce Software, including the ability to design, develop, and implement time and leave policies.
• Experience in conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Time and Leave modules function accurately.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules, providing timely support to end-users.
• Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to time and leave processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP WorkForce Software and other HR systems.
• Experience in providing training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Time and Leave modules of SAP WorkForce Software.
• Experience integrating SAP WorkForce Software with other HR systems.
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors a plus.
• SAP WorkForce Time and Attendance Certification strongly desired.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
