Judge Healthcare is seeking School Psychologists for a local school in the La Grange Park, IL area ASAP!
Position Details:
Title: School Psychologist
Location: La Grange Park, IL
Type of engagement: Contract throughout the school year
Hours: School hours
Specific Duties:
- Consults with parents, school staff and others to facilitate the growth and development of all students.
- Consults with appropriate individuals to implement and evaluate remedial plans in response to individual student needs.
- Assists in the screening of students who may be in need of more comprehensive assessments.
- Assists with the selection and/or administration of screening instruments and procedures.
- Conducts informal and formal behavioral observations of students in a variety of school settings.
- Assists in designing and implementing behavioral change programs for individual students.
- Assists school staff in design
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (plus endorsement appropriate to assignment)
- Previous experience in area of assignment within last 4 years and/or coursework in area of assignment within the last 3 years
- Comprehensive knowledge, understanding and skill in content area / assignment
- Knowledge and experience with Google suite
- Excellent communication skills
