Job Title: Scrum Master (Contingent Resource)

Job Description:

As a Scrum Master in this contingent resource role, you will:

• Engage in low to moderately complex initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
• Review and analyze basic or tactical Scrum Master assignments or challenges, requiring research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations, exercising independent judgment while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information and support to client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
